Honouring 26 employees celebrating anniversaries

Success through respect and appreciation

Richard Mühlböck, Managing Director of Mühlböck Holztrocknungsanlagen GmbH, shook the hands of his long-serving employees a total of 25 times at this year's Christmas party of the wood drying professional from the Innviertel region.
The homoured employees were delighted to receive travel vouchers and Vienna Philharmonic coins as a thank-you and reward for their many years of service. Richard Mühlböck himself also celebrated a milestone anniversary and highlighted two employees who have been successfully working for the company for 30 years: "In our 40-year company history, I am extremely pleased that employees have travelled such a long road with us. This shows that our corporate principle 'With respect and appreciation to success' is actually lived by us," said Mühlböck. It was also particularly pleasing that this time six of the honoured employees have been working for the company since the beginning of their apprenticeship and some of them already hold important management positions: "The much-cited 'career through apprenticeship' is possible with us for any interested young person. We are happy to welcome anyone who would like to realise their personal goals in our company together with us.

Mühlböck is also currently on the lookout for motivated apprentices and junior staff. “Our staff strongly identifies with our company and the sustainable values of wood as a material – a material that, in our opinion, will increasingly shape our future, from the building sector to industry and energy generation. We offer our employees a future in this highly successful environment,” Richard Mühlböck summarises.
